Villa Schuler In Neuchâtel By The Architect Andrea Pelati

 In the middle of the village of Boudry, the project has solved a plot closely surrounded by houses, a church and an old manor house. In this context, the openings, varied and limited, the villa has been designed to increase the intimacy of people. Towards the public space, is open from the inside, and the benefits of a natural green. It covers three levels to receive views on height. The ground floor apartments have the advantage of direct access to a wooded garden. On higher levels, the apartment lobby connects the main room and bedroom in the attic stairs. At this level, the entire room is devoted to living space. On the south side, extends from the dining room and terrace is the park open and landscaped roofs of the old town. The variable height of the walls of the screen against the facade of the Web sites and allows passengers to enjoy this space with confidence.

On the north side, the living room extends a second terrace with direct access to private garden. The view opens wide in the vineyards and the Jura mountains.
